The Comb Morion helmet was used throughout Europe from the mid 1500's to the late 1600's. This helmet has a brim which forms peaks in the front and back and a raised comb across the top. Designed to eliminate the sight problems associated with closed helmets, the comb morion was used by infantry, pikemen, and musketeers.
Our Comb Morion helmet is made of 16 gauge high carbon steel and is available in 2 sizes - medium or large.
