Swords, Knives, and Daggers relies on the USPS and FedEx for all our shipping needs. FedEx and USPS ship daily Monday to Friday.
We ship to the continental United States only.
Most orders are processed and your selections are shipped within 7 business days of ordering. Backordered items can take longer to come in. If your item is backordered you will have the option of getting a refund, selecting an alternative or waiting for it to arrive. While we strive to ship within 7 days, we are not responsible for the delays that could come from the shipping carriers. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. At this point it is in the hands of the shipper and we are not responsible for how long it takes them to process.
We will pay return shipping for damaged or wrongly shipped merchandise. The customer is responsible if the product is no longer desired.
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
Any package that has gone missing that was scanned delivered at your address and you have not received it.
We at Swords Knives and Daggers will on behalf of our customers contact the carrier and make a request for a trace or refund of the package.
If the claim is accepted you will have 2 options; we can replace the product or do a refund for the order.
If the claim is denied by the carrier there is nothing else we do. We suggest you call the police and make a theft report.
