The narrow casing is made from zinc alloy with a silver finish.   The slider is featured on the side for opening and closing this knife.  The dual action is simply flawless.  Sand paper inserts allow you to use this knife even in wet conditions and still keep a firm grip on the blade.  Speaking of the blade it is a master piece, a work of art, truly.  In a tanto style this blade shines.  It is partially serrated with some badass looking cutouts. After all these amazing features you still have a punch and pocket clip that I have yet to mention and there is even a nylon quick release pouch.
