I purchased one of these on a whim, as I didn't have anything like it in my collection. I figured at 25 bucks, why not? I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Very well made, fit and finish is quite good. Seems to hold an edge well, and surprisingly well balanced for it's size. Having an almost 12 inch blade and large grip, it balances about an inch in front of the hilt, and flows very well. It's very well suited to slashing or stabbing. I highly recommend, it's a very good value for the price.
